2022.01.28 04:46 delsystem32exe small biz tax question
Lets say I sell 10,000 dollars on ebay. Id prefer to invest all 10k without having to pay tax at first. Id rather be able to invest it and pay taxes on the gains / losses.
So lets say I have a LLC that is a trading / investing company. My ebay business pays 10,000 $ / year to my trading LLC to rent a copyright that my trading LLC owns. Then my trading llc invests all that money right away and then payes taxes only if the stocks go up, and if it goes down i can deduct.
I dont see why i need to pay taxes before my investments. I know like cofee companies buy cofee bean futures to hedge their prices and im sure if the coffee beans go to 0, they can deduct that or write it off as a loss and not pay any taxes if they lost all their income in the coffee bean hedge. I sell some steel and semi conductor related products, so could i not just instead invest in futures for my ebay company and say i am hedging the price of those raw materials.
I mean also im not a fan of trading some of those futures, so i would ideally sell some options against the futures to bring the futures to a lower hedge or like a closer to net 0 delta position as i am nearly equally long and short, and then use the credit i recieved to buy stocks in tqqq or something as i am not a fan of futures but i would need to say that i am buying them for hedging my material prices of my ebay listings. And a net 0 delta position doesnt mean i am hedging wrong, it could just be im hedging not against prices fluctuatiions but volatility fluctuatioins like im worried about volatility of the price of my ebay goods as a good explanation for that cause heding volatility is usally net 0 delta.

2022.01.28 04:46 JDeakin CU7 Cable Issue
I’ve had my CU7 macro pad built for quite a while but finally got round to flashing it.
Not a single one of my USB-C cables will fit in the cut out for port. Even if I get power, the cable will fall out a few seconds later.
What cables have you guys used to get it working?

2022.01.28 04:46 Monkeybussinezz Looking for group iron roleplay group
I don't know if this is the right subreddit, but if it's not I'm sure someone will yell at me where I can find the right one.
I'm looking for a few people to start a group ironman with. I'd like it to be people interested in light roleplay and a clear division of roles in the group (read tank, melee, ranged, magic for combat and besides that people specializing in particular skills). For me at least, I'd like to start out f2p, since I already have a member main and I can't really justify paying for 2 accounts, but I would want to transfer to member eventually.
Now for a little bit about myself:
I'm a 27yo non-binary person (he/they) from the netherlands. I'm studying to become a math teacher and am a bartender on the side. In the group iron I'd like to focus on a tank build for combat, and mining/smithing for skills.
Maybe it would be convenient to have a discord as well, so hit me up there at Monkeybussinezz#6740

2022.01.28 04:46 LostMyAccount69 If I put a K26 in a boom dozer, do I need to upgrade the catch spring?
I want to put a K26 in a boom dozer. I'm going to try to copy the length from this video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AqHM_cJSy8c I'm also planning on padding the plunger (I need to find foam).
Do I need to upgrade the catch spring? I can't find anything about catch springs for this blaster on google, but Captain Xavier's mod series mentions them very early on, so I thought they were important.

2022.01.28 04:46 freewill_awaits Chemical burn after peel and niacinamide..Can someone guide me please?
My skin( area near nose and lips) got burned lil, dry and stretched after a chemical peel ans a niacinamide serum (10 percent)..it's been two months and I have been using gentle cleansers and mositurisers..but I see no progress..The area appears red when I use any product and without moisturiser looks dry, wrinkled and shiny..I think the skin is burned not to the extend to peel off as it wasn't a severe burn..but is sitting there looking like this..How can I peel this off and get the new skin to grow? How much will my old skin recover from a burn..I don't think burned skin ever changes its texture..will pep be a good option or should I get another peel?

2022.01.28 04:46 oldsul_ I didn't realize the car mattered
All of last year I made sure that I kept track of the miles I drove daily with stride. My current car is a lease so I use my girlfriends car for a week or two at a time to keep the mileage on mine where it needs to be. (I chose to lease way before I ever considered doordash)
I didn't separate miles for each vehicle though, because I thought all I needed was a number and a log. But now as I'm trying to file online it's asking me for all mileage put on each car for the entirety of 2021 in one box, and the amount of dash miles in another. Before doordash I didn't stalk my odometer so I don't know where I was at starting January 1st. And I didn't even start dashing until early June.
And obviously her car isn't in my name, and it was saying that if the car doesn't belong to you you can't claim those miles. But I couldn't figure out exactly how the miles were split between each car.
Should I just say that all dashing has been done in my car and try my best to estimate the total amount of miles put on last year? My first oil change wasn't until April so that's the oldest record I have. I just don't know how exact they want me to be or why the car the work was done in even matters. 🤦♀️

2022.01.28 04:46 Mald0r0r Is creatine detrimental to calisthenics progress because of the weight gain?
Hi everyone, just wondering. I know creatine is good for strength athletes. But what if improving at bodyweight exercises is your main focus?
My goal is to be able to get better at muscle-ups, handstands, and sprints mostly.

2022.01.28 04:46 Bacon_00 Just got my Sundaras to upgrade from HD598's!
I'm really new to the whole audiophile world, so I unfortunately don't really have a great vocabulary to describe the differences between these two headphones. But, I'll try anyway!
Construction & Comfort
HD589s are an obvious winner here. I've had these things for 6 years and stopped babying them several years ago, but they still look and fit like new. I can wear them for hours and forget they're on. Zero complaints here.
These Sundara seem pretty well built, in general, but they also have a much more fragile feel to them in comparison. I can't imagine these things will fare nearly as well over the years as the Sennheisers. I've read plenty of stories about bad QC with these, so jury is out. I'm not sure if I'm a huge fan of the band that goes over my head. Seems like it'll cause a hot spot, though I've had them on for 2+ hours at this point and everything feels pretty OK. The much-maligned cable doesn't really bug me. Seems fine. The cable on the 598s is pretty rubbery, too, so I guess it could be I'm ignorant of what a nice headphone cable is.
This is where I'm probably going to struggle to explain the differences, but after hours of researching if these were worth upgrading from the 598s and not really coming to any firm conclusions, I feel compelled to give it a shot for anybody who might also be considering the same thing!
To start, I'm running both sets off of a little FiiO Q1 "flask" DAC/amp. I think it's probably not enough for the Sundaras, but it's all I have at the moment. I have a Fulla E on the way, though next paycheck I'm probably going to splurge and get a Magni amp to sit under it. I can update this review when I do that. I also have both 598s and Sundaras EQ's using APO/Peace and oratory1990's suggested Harmon Target profiles. That stuff is all way above my pay grade, but it was easy enough to set up, so...
I mostly listen to classic rock, movie soundtracks (Dune, Battlestar, etc), and modern rock. I'm using YouTube Music with the quality set to High.
I've always loved my 598s, which is why I've kept them as my only "real" headphones for 6+ years. They're great for my casual music listening & gaming, and with an EQ and the small amp they sound pretty great to me. I really only decided to upgrade out of curiosity - could I even tell the difference if I bought something higher end? Initially I figured I'd just grab the HD6xx or HD58x, but a nice Redditor suggested I not go the route of incremental upgrades within the same brand if I was mostly just curious to hear something "new." He/she suggested I go for a planar magnetic headphone to branch out. So, after a ton of back and forth I splurged on the Sundaras (which were about 2x more expensive than I intended to spend...).
Now, as I've said, I'm going to struggle to use the right terms here. But with help from an adjective guide, this is what I've got:
Compared to the HD598s, these have considerably more clarity, depth, and openness. I'm hearing quite a bit more detail in each song -- instruments and sounds that I never noticed before, or that now stand out much more on their own. Going back to the 598s I can still hear most of these sounds now that I know to listen for them, but it's harder, and some things are just totally lost and bleed together. The sound is just so smooth and clean coming out of these. Pretty cool.
I'd also say the Sundaras are quite analytical, which is a comment I've read about them a few times. I'm not sure how I feel about that yet. Everything is very crisp and clear, but there's a certain aspect of this that might be making music sound a little... sterile? Hard to describe. It's still cool, regardless, to hear the differences and get a feel for what "analytical" even means.
Instrument separation is also much, much better on these Sundaras. Everything is definitely present and accounted for in the Sennheisers, but compared to the Sundaras, the sound is a lot more congested. I can very easily pick out each instrument in most songs. It's cool. I'm also, for the first time, IDing some songs that have a fantastic recording and some that don't. This is totally new to me -- everything sounded generally "fine" on the Sennheisers, but on the Sundara's there are absolutely songs that sound WAY better than on the 598s, and some that sound about the same. Hilariously one of the best recordings I've stumbled upon is "Stop it now!" by Bad Lip Reading. Sounds like an entirely different song on the Sundaras. That log had a child...
Imaging seems to be super great in these, if I understand the term right. I get a real sense of depth and location with certain sounds. In "Little Black Submarines" by The Black Keys, during the final guitar riff, it sure sounds like the guitarist is dancing around the mic. I might be mistaken, but I've listened to that song dozens of times and I've never noticed anything like that before. I'm very interested to try these out in a video game, see if I get any better sense of location. I'll post back here if I have any revelations...
Soundstage is something I don't really know how to identify. Previously I believe I was confusing imaging with soundstage (and maybe I still am!), so I'm not sure what to listen for here. Any tips/descriptions of how to compare these 2 headphones for soundstage would be great, I'd love to learn.
I bought these mostly to demo them & gave it about a 25% chance that I'd actually hold onto them. The more I listen to them, though, I'm feeling less and less inclined to return them. It's getting late and I really don't want to take them off to go to bed! They sound fantastic. I still like my 598s for their robustness, comfort, and "generally really good" sound. The Sundaras are just on another level and they're quickly growing on me. The 598s are suddenly sounding flat and congested when I move back to them. There's just a lot "more" to many songs listening to them through the Sundaras.
I'm a bit nervous about QC and longevity, but I'm typically pretty gentle with my tech gadgets, so it might be alright long-term.
Unfortunately this experience is making me really curious to try out other expensive headphones... but I should probably pay my mortgage this month ;)
